With 51% of RFPs now submitted through web portals, up more than 24% since 2020, teams are under growing pressure to manage large volumes of submissions across fragmented web-based formats. Without a way to streamline how questions are transferred and completed, they face slow, error-prone processes. This hampers their ability to handle more questionnaires and results in missed revenue opportunities.

The Loopio Browser Extension for portals eliminates these challenges by automating the entire response process, enabling teams to focus on crafting high-quality responses and securing more business. The solution supports a wide range of browser-based submissions, including security questionnaires, due diligence questionnaires, partner onboarding forms, and more, all with a single click.

Two AI features in the Loopio Browser Extension for portals work together to maximize productivity:

  • SmartFill for Portals pulls answers directly from a customer’s Loopio content library or project and auto-fills them into a portal-based response, ensuring fast and accurate completion by matching answers to their corresponding questions.
  • SmartScan for Portals uses AI to identify questions in a portal-based RFx and imports them into Loopio, allowing customers access to Loopio's full suite of collaboration, project management, and AI capabilities, even in portal-based responses.

“Portal-based RFx requests have long required teams to manually input and organize responses, diverting resources from more strategic tasks,” said Eugene Ho, Chief Product Officer at Loopio. “With SmartFill and SmartScan, we’ve automated this process, saving teams hours or even days of work. Now, our customers can focus on what matters most — staying ahead of the competition.”

Loopio is the first response management software provider to offer a fully automated solution for portal-based submissions, setting a new industry standard. These new capabilities are already delivering value for customers, with early adopters like Rob Bruce, Director of Pre-Sales Enablement at Syndigo sharing, “The new plug-in is a game changer! It captured a large, complex, online-only questionnaire and transformed it into a structured Loopio project in minutes. What would have been a tedious manual process was streamlined, saving our team significant time while ensuring accuracy.”
