Relation Insurance Acquires Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons, Inc.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) announced today their acquisition of the assets of Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons, Inc. (JMWS). The transaction went into effect on August 1, 2025; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
