LAUNCH AND PRICING OF NEW 4 3/4% TREASURY GILT 2035 BY SYNDICATION
The UK Debt Management Office, jointly with the six lead managers, announces that the fixed re-offer price for the syndicated issue of GBP 14.0 billion (nominal) of 4 3/4% Treasury Gilt 22-Oct-2035 (ISIN code GB00BTXS1K06) conducted today has now been set at 98.972, equivalent to a yield of 4.8786% and a spread of 8.25 bps above that of the 4 1/2% Treasury Gilt 2035 reference bond.
Settlement of all allocations will be tomorrow, 03 September 2025, from which time the nominal amount of this gilt in issue will be GBP 14.0 billion.
