The Standard Promotes Cale Benner to Assistant Vice President of Total Experience in IT

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Cale Benner was promoted to assistant vice president of Total Experience in IT.

In this role, Benner leads the company’s Total Experience strategy, driving meaningful and unified experiences that are intuitive, personalized and effective in meeting the evolving needs of The Standard’s customers and employees. Additional responsibilities include managing the company’s Voice of the Customer program, storytelling, design, accessibility and process re-engineering. In addition, Benner oversees the Contact Center and customer relationship management technology platforms, ensuring all customer touchpoints are in harmony.
