CGL Appoints Joseph McKenna to Vice President of Business Development for Justice Services

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CGL is proud to announce that Joseph McKenna will lead business development for the company’s Justice Services division. In this role, McKenna will work closely with CGL leadership and team members to expand market influence, develop strategic opportunities, and strengthen partnerships across the justice sector. He will report directly to CGL Senior Vice President of Business Development, Tony Turpin.

With more than 20 years of experience in the corrections industry, McKenna has a proven record of identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities while building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and project partners. His expertise will continue to drive CGL’s growth across its diverse service lines.

Before joining CGL, McKenna served as Director of Business Development for Tutor Perini Building Corporation and led business development efforts for Oldcastle Infrastructure’s Modular Group. His deep industry knowledge and strategic approach to market expansion have been instrumental in positioning CGL as a trusted partner to justice and corrections agencies nationwide.

McKenna earned his MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
