AllClear Aerospace & Defense Appoints Bill Boucek as Chief Executive Officer

Seasoned Defense Supply Chain Executive to Lead Company Through Its Next Growth Phase Following Comprehensive Recapitalization

MIRAMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AllClear Aerospace & Defense, a leading global distributor of critical aftermarket components and provider of mission ready sustainment solutions and services for military aircraft, announced today the appointment of Bill Boucek to be the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Together with the recent completion of AllClear’s recapitalization, which included the significant deleveraging of its balance sheet and the provision of additional funding by the company’s lenders, the appointment of new corporate leadership marks a critical milestone in the ongoing transformation of the company’s operating and financial profile.

Boucek brings an impressive array of experience to the CEO role, shaped by more than 20 years of distinguished Navy service and senior leadership across the Department of Defense’s global sustainment and readiness enterprise. He directed mission-critical aviation and multi-domain supply chain, logistics, and sustainment operations within multiple Defense Logistics Agency commands, led enterprise-wide readiness initiatives at U.S. Special Operations Command, and held key roles in operational, acquisition, and supply chain commands across the Navy and broader DoD. In the private sector, Boucek launched and built Grant Thornton’s national supply chain consulting practice, helping major enterprises optimize distribution networks and operational performance. He later served as President of KMM, a national logistics and services leader supporting both commercial and DoD network deployments as well as critical infrastructure projects across the United States. In that role, he oversaw large-scale, complex programs that demanded precision execution, robust supply chain integration, and operational transformation. Boucek holds a BA in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He also serves on the board of the DLA Foundation, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency community.

Said Boucek, “I’m excited to join AllClear at such a pivotal point in its trajectory. This is a company with a well-earned reputation for quality, responsiveness, and breadth of products that few in the industry can match. Building on that strong foundation, AllClear is poised to capture new opportunities in both domestic and international markets. With the support of our stakeholders, the dedication of our talented team, and a clear strategic direction, we expect to drive sustained growth and operational excellence, and expand the value and solutions we deliver to our customers. The defense aftermarket is evolving, and AllClear is ready to meet that growing demand with the full range of capabilities on which our customers rely.”

Jame Donath, Chairman of the Board at AllClear where Boucek will also serve as a director, said: “Bill is a terrific addition to the AllClear leadership team. Bill brings significant depth of industry knowledge and relationships to the CEO role given his time in military procurement, as well as the private sector. We expect his hands-on leadership style to have an immediate impact on our operations as AllClear looks to capitalize on favorable trends in the defense aftermarket to grow our business, both domestically and abroad.”

Mr. Donath added: “We also thank Nick Bowman—who has been serving as our CEO during this interim period—and his very capable colleagues from Alvarez & Marsal for their many contributions while leading the company, together with our best-in-class employees, through its recent recapitalization. Thanks to their efforts and with Bill’s appointment, we are sending a strong signal to our partners, customers, and suppliers around the world that AllClear remains well-positioned and well-resourced as the recognized industry leader in the defense aftermarket.”
