Integrity Data Solutions Completes Acquisition of iDoc Corp

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrity Data Solutions (“ID Solutions” or the “Company”), through its subsidiary Compu-Call Holdings, LLC (“Compu-Call”), announced that it has acquired iDoc Corp (“iDoc”). The acquisition enhances ID Solutions’ ability to deliver a complete range of copy and print solutions, with expanded hardware options, short- and long-term rentals, leasing programs and on-site support.

iDoc is a trusted provider of commercial copier and print hardware, leasing, rental and service throughout Texas. These capabilities will be combined with ID Solutions’ comprehensive barcoding and print hardware offerings, managed print services and hardware service solutions, creating a full spectrum offering for customers.
