EverlawAI Assistant will be demoed at ILTACON 2025 at Booth #720 in National Harbor, MD, just outside of Washington, D.C.

"The public sector has expressed great interest in using EverlawAI Assistant to meet the needs of today's government," said Alan Lawrence, general manager, Public Sector, Everlaw. "EverlawAI will be a force multiplier for these teams, helping public agencies move quickly and nimbly, evolve their processes and protect the public purse."

Launched in the fall of 2024, EverlawAI Assistant was developed with input from nearly 3,000 users. Today, more than 150 customers use the GenAI features, which include Review Assistant, Coding Suggestions, and Writing Assistant. With FedRAMP certification, legal professionals in the public sector will be able to leverage these tools for document review, writing, coding suggestions, and more in litigation, investigations and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Notably, Everlaw's intuitive, end-to-end platform is cloud-native, developed and operated by U.S. citizens with Everlaw’s R&D team based at the company headquarters in California. The platform is already trusted by numerous U.S. government agencies, including U.S. attorneys' offices, and is authorized under both FedRAMP and GovRAMP.

FedRAMP authorization is a critical step for Everlaw to provide its GenAI capabilities to government customers. Everlaw has included its AI offering as part of its 2025 FedRAMP Annual Assessment, and a third-party assessment organization (3PAO) has independently tested and endorsed its authorization within the platform. The company has received an attestation letter to this effect and is working toward full agency authorization in Q3 of this year.
