Over the course of her career at Goldman, Wolfe held leadership roles in asset and wealth management and corporate strategy. Earlier in her career, she provided customized capital solutions for family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jemma to the PACT leadership team,” said Christian von Schimmelmann, co-founder and managing partner of PACT. “She brings a proven track record of strategic execution and embodies the values that drive our culture. Jemma will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform.”

Brian Vickery, partner and head of the imPACT Platform added, “Jemma’s deep experience building and scaling businesses will immediately benefit not only PACT but also our Partner Firms. Her perspective will be invaluable as we continue to expand and evolve.”

Wolfe commented, “I am excited to join the extraordinary team at PACT and contribute to building the platform. It’s a transformative time in private markets, and I look forward to working closely with our Partner Firms to help them achieve their goals.”

Wolfe’s appointment comes on the heels of PACT’s recent minority investments in Accel-KKR, a leading technology-focused investment firm with deep expertise in software and tech-enabled services, and Graham Partners, a private equity firm specializing in advanced manufacturing and industrial technology. These investments reflect PACT’s commitment to partnering with and supporting high-performing middle market private capital firms.
