Oncourse Home Solutions Appoints Sasha L. Azar as Chief Legal Officer

Sasha brings more than 20 years of legal expertise to support Oncourse Home Solutions' strategic growth and commitment to protecting homeowners.

NAPERVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oncourse Home Solutions, a leading customer-centric home protection company, announces the appointment of Sasha L. Azar as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), effective July 8, 2025.

Sasha Azar is a process-driven CLO with more than 20 years of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer with a strong background in litigation. He has worked with regional and national law firms, including as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, financing, and government relations. Most recently, Azar served as General Counsel for a publicly traded information technology company, managing a diverse team of legal professionals across multiple geographies.
