Coke Florida Names New Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida), today announced that Karla Radtke has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration.

“Karla brings a proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams across the Coke System,” said Troy Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of Coke Florida. “As we recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary and begin our 'Next 10' focus, she will be a key leader in identifying, training, and promoting talent across our business.”

Radtke previously served as Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Coke Florida in 2021, she served as Vice President, Category Commercial Operations at Coca-Cola North America and has over 30 years of experience across the Coca-Cola system in sales, sales operations, marketing, commercial operations and supply chain.

David Cross, Coke Florida’s inaugural leader of Human Resources and Administration, is retiring from the company after an 18-year career in the Coca-Cola system, ten of which were with Coke Florida. He has been with us since day one and he will always be a part of the Coke Florida family," said Taylor.
