Counsel Press Expands Its Appellate Footprint with Gibson Moore

CLEVELAND & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Align Capital Partners’ (“ACP”) outsourced legal services platform Counsel Press Inc. (“Counsel Press” or the “Company”) has acquired Gibson Moore to further enhance the Company’s market presence in the Mid-Atlantic. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Gibson Moore provides court rules interpretation, legal proofreading, appellate brief printing services and same-day brief filing.
