SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First U.S. Community Credit Union has named Jennifer Wilkinson as its first Chief Lending Officer (CLO), establishing a new executive role to improve lending operations and support the credit union’s continued investment in its members and communities.

Wilkinson brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in lending, real estate, law, and community-focused economic development. She holds a BS from UC Davis, a JD from Northwestern California University, and an MBA in Sustainable Business from Maryhurst University. Her career has focused on expanding access to housing, leading inclusive lending strategies, and driving mission-aligned growth.

Wilkinson most recently served as President and Executive Director of a statewide nonprofit advocating for responsible housing policy and private property rights. She was previously Chief Lending Officer at Monterra Credit Union and VP, Real Estate Lending and Servicing at Tech CU.
