PestCo Expands Midwest Footprint Through Acquisition of May Pest Assets

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of May Pest, LLC (May Pest) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Waterloo, Illinois, May Pest is a provider of commercial and residential pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
