Firm Adds Additional 123 units to its Houston Management Portfolio

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keener Management has been chosen to manage the Nova at Westchase Apartments, a 123-unit apartment community located at 4033 W Sam Houston Parkway S in Houston, Texas. This is the second property Keener has been awarded by the Trevian Capital team.

Located inside Beltway 8 at the Westpark Tollway, the property is near many parks, premium shopping, and dining choices in the area. Situated right off two of Houston’s largest thoroughfares, residents have convenient access to the Greater Houston area.
