CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that Aaron Benjamin has joined the firm’s Transactions Department as a partner in the Charlotte and New York offices and a member of the Structured Finance Practice.

Aaron represents many of the largest U.S. and foreign banks in commercial real estate warehouse lending deals.
