Sims brings 25+ years of experience leading complex system transformations in both public and private sectors. As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Innovation and Integration at MITRE, he drove advancements in cybersecurity, AI-driven policymaking, and enterprise integration, overseeing MITRE’s Corporate Strategy Office, Center for Strategic Competition, Center for Data Driven Policy, and Enterprise Computing & Information Services. His leadership strengthened MITRE’s mission to deliver data-driven, objective recommendations that enhance federal agency security, efficiency, and mission success.
