Aqua Illinois Launches New Customer Assistance Program to Help Customers Save on Water and Wastewater Bills

Income-eligible customers are encouraged to apply for monthly discounts

KANKAKEE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aqua Illinois, an Essential Utilities company, today launched its new Customer Assistance Program (CAP) to help income-eligible customers save on water and wastewater bills. Qualifying customers can receive a 70% discount on their water and wastewater usage. The year-round program will be administered in partnership with Dollar Energy Fund (DEF).

We strongly encourage customers who may qualify to learn more about the program and apply today."
