PestCo Expands Midwest Commercial Services Footprint Through Acquisition of Chicagoland Pest Services Assets

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Chicagoland Pest Services, Inc. (Chicagoland) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Orland Park, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, Chicagoland is a provider of commercial and residential pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
