UBS appoints Joseph Lombardo as Market Director for Florham Park, NJ, expanding leadership across key New Jersey offices
FLORHAM PARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UBS Wealth Management US today announced the appointment of Joseph (Joe) Lombardo as Market Director for its Florham Park, New Jersey office, in addition to leading the firm’s offices in Short Hills and Westfield, New Jersey. The move is effective immediately.

Joe brings more than 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry, including over two decades in leadership roles at UBS. He began his career as a Financial Advisor and has since led initiatives focused on advisor development, client experience, and strategic business growth across the region. He previously served as UBS Head of Leadership and Future Talent Development, where he played a key role in cultivating the next generation of firm leaders across the country.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership style and long-term vision, Joe is committed to empowering financial advisors and driving sustainable growth across the New Jersey market. He lives in Fairfield, NJ, with his wife and three children, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in marketing.
The UBS Greater New York Metro Market, led by Mara Glassel, includes 18 offices across Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey.
