“Our employees have made it clear that Affinity Plus is more than just a workplace – it’s a community built on trust, purpose and people-first values,” said Dave Larson, President and CEO of Affinity Plus. “Every day, our team is committed to connecting with members and working with one another to build strong outcomes. That dedication is powerful – and it’s what makes Affinity Plus a top workplace year after year. I’m incredibly proud to see our culture continue to earn this recognition from the people who make it thrive.”

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 124,000 employees at public, private and nonprofit organizations in Minnesota.

This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
