The report reflects a transformative year for ECP, underscoring its commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across its national network of more than 1,000 eye care providers. With more than 2.4 million patient encounters and 260,000+ surgeries performed in the year, ECP continues to set the standard for integrated eye care delivery through leading quality and patient satisfaction measures.

• Strong Clinical Outcomes: ECP cataract surgery patients achieved 20/40 vision or better at rates exceeding 94% across all regions, surpassing national benchmarks. Complication rates for cataract and retina procedures were significantly lower than national averages.
• World-Class Patient Experience: ECP earned Net Promoter Scores of +89 in ophthalmology and +84 in optometry, with Google review ratings of 4.9 and 4.6 stars out of 5, respectively.
• Data-Driven Innovation: The EyeCare Partners Innovation Center (EPIC) advanced its data infrastructure, consolidating more than 6 million patient records and launching a Clinical Data Warehouse to support research and quality improvement.
• Research Leadership: ECP participated in more than 500 clinical trials in 2024, including leading studies in sustained drug delivery for age-related macular degeneration and glaucoma, and regenerative therapies for corneal edema.
• Education and Workforce Development: ECP launched the Refractive Cataract Anterior Segment Fellowship and supported residency and externship programs, training the next generation of eye care professionals.
• Community Impact: Through the ECP Foundation, the organization provided over $175,000 in crisis relief to employees, donated more than 7,000 eyeglass frames to underserved children, and team members supported global mission trips and local charitable care initiatives.
