Corvias Advances Focus on Installations of the Future with Strategic New Hire

Kyle Miller Announced as Executive Vice President of Investment Management

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias, a trusted infrastructure and resiliency partner to the U.S. military and higher education institutions, today announced the appointment of Kyle Miller as Executive Vice President of Investment Management. Miller will play a critical role in advancing Corvias’ commitment to the installations of the future, a comprehensive approach that prioritizes the long-term stability, resilience, and total wellness of DOD installations.

As Executive Vice President of Investment Management, Miller will oversee Corvias’ military housing portfolio from a strategic investment perspective, guiding the development and execution of growth strategies that strengthen installation performance and support the well-being and readiness of service members and their families. In this role, he will lead efforts to optimize portfolio performance, align with DoD priorities, and deliver sustainable, innovative solutions that reduce operational costs, enhance energy resilience, and support mission continuity.

Miller brings over 20 years of business experience in growth environments, including deep expertise in public-private partnerships and government-focused investments. His background in building strategic relationships, influencing complex decision-making, and leading high-performing teams will be instrumental in driving Corvias’ whole- installation approach, which integrates physical, social, and environmental systems to create thriving military communities.

“We are excited to have Kyle in this critical leadership role,” said Denise Hauck, President, Department of Defense Division for Corvias. “Kyle’s expertise in strategic investment management and his commitment to delivering innovative, partner-centric solutions make him uniquely qualified to help Corvias and our DoD partners achieve their long-term goals.”

Corvias focuses on enhancing readiness and resilience through smart infrastructure, modernized housing, and integrated wellness solutions. This approach aims to strengthen installation stability, reduce grid dependency through advanced energy solutions, and support the total care of military service members and their families.
