Kyle Miller Announced as Executive Vice President of Investment Management

As Executive Vice President of Investment Management, Miller will oversee Corvias’ military housing portfolio from a strategic investment perspective, guiding the development and execution of growth strategies that strengthen installation performance and support the well-being and readiness of service members and their families. In this role, he will lead efforts to optimize portfolio performance, align with DoD priorities, and deliver sustainable, innovative solutions that reduce operational costs, enhance energy resilience, and support mission continuity.

Miller brings over 20 years of business experience in growth environments, including deep expertise in public-private partnerships and government-focused investments. His background in building strategic relationships, influencing complex decision-making, and leading high-performing teams will be instrumental in driving Corvias’ whole- installation approach, which integrates physical, social, and environmental systems to create thriving military communities.
