Mann Lake Ltd. Consolidates Footprint

HACKENSACK, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mann Lake Bee and Ag Supply, the world’s largest beekeeping supply company, following its acquisition by a coalition of families in March, has made important changes in its business that will enable it to better serve its customers.

The rapid growth of the company’s online business has allowed Mann Lake to improve service to customers with fewer physical locations, and as a result, Mann Lake will be closing its Wilkes Barre, PA and Marshall, TX locations. Doing so will allow the company to stock deeper inventory in its Clarkson, KY facility to allow for rapid, more reliable fulfillment of orders to customers formerly served by the Pennsylvania and Texas locations.

The company is expanding its warehouse footprint in its Kentucky location to support these changes, and has invested in new warehouse technology to support more rapid fulfillment of orders. In addition, Mann Lake has promoted Jordan Rickets to serve as Branch Manager of the location.
