Platform Ventures Launches Multifamily Development Platform

The investment firm has brought on Christopher N. Bennish to build out its multifamily platform

This new venture further expands the Firm’s housing platform, leveraging its extensive experience in housing-related investments. Platform has appointed Christopher N. Bennish as Managing Director to lead this new strategic initiative, focusing on ground-up multifamily development in markets where Platform already has residential investments across the Central, Southeast, and Southwest United States.

He previously held development roles at Alliance Residential in Denver and Houston, contributing to 1,700 units and $240 million in capitalization.
