NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shake Shack Inc. (“Shake Shack” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SHAK), today announced that Rob Lynch, Chief Executive Officer, and Katherine Fogertey, Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in the following investor conferences:

• On Thursday, June 5, 2025, the Company will host a fireside chat at Baird’s 2025 Global Consumer, Technology & Services Conference. The fireside chat will begin at 9:05 a.m. Eastern Time.
  
• On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the Company will host a virtual fireside chat at Oppenheimer’s 25^th Annual Consumer Growth & E-Commerce Conference. The virtual fireside chat will begin at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
