They now handle a broader range of customer inquiries directly, including complex requests such as shipment tracking, order status, pickup details, and FAQs, significantly reducing human agents’ administrative workload.
• Outstanding Woman in Supply Chain – Annie Barua of Floor & Decor for spearheading the company’s supply chain transformation from on-premise to cloud. Annie is leading their migration of all four of Manhattan’s solution pillars - Order Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Planning, to Manhattan Active and an ERP implementation in parallel - a feat extremely challenging and rarely attempted.
