Segre Brings Decades of Experience Leading Landmark, Industry-Defining Transactions

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, announced today that David Segre has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Department. Based in the firm’s Palo Alto office, he brings a wealth of experience representing public and private technology companies across all aspects of the corporate life cycle.

Segre’s practice includes advising clients on venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, as well as disclosure and SEC compliance. “Dave has long been a go-to advisor to some of the tech industry’s most high-profile companies on their most consequential transactions,” said Doug Clark, managing partner at Wilson Sonsini. “Over the course of his distinguished legal career, he has developed strong connections across the technology and investment communities. His return further enhances our ability to guide clients through mission-critical decisions and help them achieve their market objectives. We’re thrilled to welcome him back—as both a valued colleague and a longtime friend.”
