Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires Innovative Pest Control

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Innovative Pest Control (Innovative) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Tyler, Innovative is a leading provider of residential and commercial pest control services in East Texas. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Innovative is well positioned to continue providing high-quality service to its growing customer base. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
