LAUNCH AND PRICING OF NEW 5 3/8% TREASURY GILT 2056 BY SYNDICATION
The UK Debt Management Office, jointly with the five lead managers, announces that the fixed re-offer price for the syndicated issue of GBP 4.0 billion (nominal) of 5 3/8% Treasury Gilt 31-Jan-2056 (ISIN code GB00BT7J0241) conducted today has now been set at 99.566, equivalent to a yield of 5.4047% and a spread of 1.75 bps above that of the 4 1/4% Treasury Gilt 2055 reference bond.
Settlement of all allocations will be tomorrow, 21 May 2025, from which time the nominal amount of this gilt in issue will be GBP 4.0 billion.
