With more than two decades of experience shaping national safety standards, Mr. Moulden will lead the execution and continuous improvement of Amerit’s safety strategies across all operations nationwide.

In his new role, Mr. Moulden will be responsible for developing and executing safety strategy, overseeing risk management and incident reduction, ensuring regulatory compliance, championing safety training and culture, and collaborating with customers to deliver continuous safety improvements. Under Mr. Moulden’s guidance, Amerit will not only elevate its safety standards but redefine industry expectations altogether.

With more than 20 years of industry leadership, Mr. Moulden has been instrumental in advancing safety practices nationwide, most recently as Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment for two Primoris Service Corporation (PSC) segments—Utilities and Renewables. In this role, Mr. Moulden successfully scaled and strengthened the safety program amid impressive company growth, while also ensuring operational integrity and risk mitigation at the highest level. He has also held a number of other transformative safety roles, including Senior Corporate Safety Director for ARB, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Primoris Service Corporation, and Corporate Safety Director for Performance Mechanical Inc., an EMCOR company, where he cultivated a best-in-class culture of safety in high-stakes environments.
