Tailored exclusively for physician assistants (PAs), this 100% online, asynchronous post-professional program empowers graduates to take on advanced leadership, education and clinical roles across the evolving healthcare landscape.

The DMSc program builds on the longstanding success and national influence of MBKU’s School of Physician Assistant Studies, known for producing skilled professionals who lead across diverse healthcare fields. As PA roles continue to expand, this advanced degree serves as a natural extension of MBKU’s commitment to the profession—offering flexible, online learning designed for both working professionals and recent graduates. The program not only supports career advancement but also helps address national shortages in faculty and healthcare leadership at a time when demand is rising and fewer than 3% of PAs hold a doctorate.
