Sigma Finance Corporation (In Official Liquidation) (the “Company”)

As you are aware, David Griffin and I of FTI Consulting (Cayman) Ltd, Suite 3206, 53 Market Street,

Camana Bay, PO Box 30613, Grand Cayman KY1-1203, Cayman Islands were appointed as Joint Official

Liquidators of the Company (“JOLs”) on 17 July 2024. The JOLs have been appointed in order to bring an orderly closure to the Company’s affairs in its country of incorporation, being the Cayman Islands.

The JOLs understand that all assets of the Company realised by the Joint Administrative Receivers (“JARs”) since their appointment on 6 October 2008 were charged to the Deutsche Trustee Company Limited in its capacity as Security Trustee of the Company (“Security Trustee”) and have been used to make distributions to the Company’s secured creditors. The JOLs are not aware of any other asset(s) of the Company that exist.

Please be advised that on or around 2 May 2025 the JOLs will issue their final report to all known creditors of the Company (“Final Report”). The Final Report will be uploaded to the creditor portal located at https://www.fticonsulting.com/creditors/sigma-finance-corporation. Certain documents posted to the creditor portal, including the Final Report, are password protected and creditors can obtain the password upon request to [e-mail].

Given that all affairs of the Company have now been finalised and the JOLs are not aware of any other asset(s) of the Company, the JOLs intend to submit an application to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the "Court") seeking an order that the Company be dissolved, the JOLs’ remuneration be approved and that they be discharged from office (the “Application”).

The JOLs will request that the Court determine the Application "on the papers" without the need for an oral hearing. Any creditor of the Company who intends to oppose the Application should advise the JOLs of that intention by no later than 3.00 p.m. (Cayman Islands time) on 30 May 2025, via the contact information below. Please find attached a copy of the dissolution notice for your attention.

AND IN THE MATTER OF SIGMA FINANCE CORPORATION (IN OFFICIAL LIQUIDATION) (THE “COMPANY”)

TAKE NOTICE that the Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) of the Company are in the final stages of the liquidation process and will submit an application to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the "Court") seeking an order that the Company be dissolved, the JOLs’ remuneration be approved and that they be discharged from office (the "Application").

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the JOLs request that the Court determine the Application "on the papers" without the need for an oral hearing. Any creditor of the Company who intends to oppose the Application should advise the JOLs of that intention, or provide any written submissions to the JOLs, by no later than 3.00 p.m. (Cayman Islands time) on 30 May 2025, via the contact information below. In the event that no creditors contact the JOLs by the above date, the JOLs will submit the Application to be dealt with “on the papers”, noting that, after advertising, no creditors raised any objections.
