The list recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of the private equity industry, representing a dynamic roster of investors, fundraisers, dealmakers, lawyers and operators.

“Meredith has established herself as an integral leader at Churchill and we are thrilled to see her included in this esteemed cohort shaping the future of private equity,” said Chris Freeze, Co-Head of the Investor Solutions Group at Churchill and Co-Head of Nuveen Private Capital Business Development. “By bridging the needs of Churchill’s LPs, investment professionals, and operations teams, Meredith has elevated the firm’s offerings and strengthened investor relationships around the world.”

Since joining Churchill in 2022, Meredith has played a pivotal role in scaling PEJC’s capital raising efforts, expanding third-party commitments and growing the firm’s presence from four countries to a diversified pool of investors across 17 countries in North America, Europe, MENA, Asia and Latin America. She spearheads fundraising across four distinct strategies — junior capital, co-investments, secondaries and primaries — and serves as a member of the firm’s Investor Solutions Group, while also working closely with Nuveen’s global distribution team.

The honorees of the 2025 40 Under 40 list were announced today via PEI’s website.
