DexCare Names Matthew Blosl as CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Blosl Succeeds Co-Founder Derek Streat to Expand DexCare’s Leadership in Healthcare Access Innovation

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DexCare, Inc., the market-leading platform for orchestrating patient demand and care access, today announced the appointment of Matthew Blosl as Chief Executive Officer and board member. Blosl succeeds Co-Founder Derek Streat, who has led DexCare’s transformation from spinout to category leader, helping more than five million patients nationwide connect to the right care. Streat will transition to DexCare’s Board of Directors.

Additionally, DexCare Co-Founder Sean O’Connor has been named President, recognizing his pivotal role in building DexCare’s strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Matthew Blosl is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience, fostering cultures of growth and operational excellence in technology-driven organizations. Renowned for building high-performing teams and scaling commercial operations, he has a proven record of executing growth strategies that drive significant customer and enterprise value. Prior to joining DexCare, Blosl held a senior role at Experity, where he spearheaded commercial initiatives that expanded market presence and played a pivotal role in securing Experity’s leadership position in the ambulatory electronic medical record market.

“DexCare’s platform is solving one of healthcare’s most urgent challenges—helping patients find and access the right care with the right provider at the right time,” said Blosl. “With an exceptional team, powerful technology, and deep health system partnerships, DexCare is poised for its next phase of growth. I am honored to lead the company as we scale our impact across the healthcare ecosystem.”

Backed by leading institutional and strategic capital, DexCare partners with many of the nation’s premier health systems, including Kaiser Permanente, Piedmont, Providence, Texas Health Resources, and Community Health Network. Under Blosl’s leadership, DexCare will focus on accelerating platform innovation—including the introduction of AI-driven capabilities—and deepening market adoption.

“I believe Matt’s proven track record in scaling high-growth organizations and delivering customer value makes him the ideal leader for DexCare’s next chapter,” said Caroline Xie, General Partner, ICONIQ Growth and DexCare Board member. “We are excited to partner with Matt and Sean to build on the strong foundation Derek established and drive even greater impact for our customers and their patients.”

Reflecting on DexCare’s journey, Streat shared, “We founded DexCare to make healthcare discovery and access radically easier for patients. Leading the company through its early growth has been a privilege. I look forward to seeing Matt and the DexCare team build on this mission and take the company to even greater heights.”
