Carlisle Companies Elects James D. Frias as New Lead Independent Director

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) today elected James D. Frias as Lead Independent Director succeeding Robin J. Adams, who previously held the position. Mr. Adams will retire as a Director of the Company after serving 15 years on the Board.

Mr. Frias has been a Director of the Company since February 2015. Mr. Frias is former Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Nucor Corporation.
