Two new leaders position company for continued growth and innovation

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Smartsheet today welcomes industry veteran Pratima Arora as Chief Product Officer, a new senior executive role responsible for driving growth through product innovation. Arora’s addition to the Smartsheet leadership team reinforces the company’s commitment to driving platform innovation and scaling its AI-driven collaborative work management platform so customers and partners can accelerate time to value.

Smartsheet also announces Nick Dunn as General Counsel, responsible for leading the company’s legal, privacy, and risk functions, including corporate governance initiatives, inclusive of operational and strategic support to its Board of Directors.

Visionary leader to drive next chapter of product innovation

Arora is responsible for Smartsheet’s product management, product marketing, user experience, pricing and packaging, and digital and product partnerships. She has a world-class product and technology background, previously holding senior leadership roles at Atlassian and Salesforce. Arora was most recently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Chainalysis. At Atlassian, she was responsible for the Confluence product line, which experienced a surge in growth under her leadership. At Salesforce, she was an early champion for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence initiatives in its products.

Strategic, results-oriented executive to advance corporate initiatives

Nick Dunn is an eight-year veteran of Smartsheet and has been central to the company’s growth and evolution during his tenure. He has guided Smartsheet’s commercial, product, litigation, and corporate acquisition efforts throughout an impressive career. Prior to joining Smartsheet, Dunn served as a member of the legal team at ServiceNow and practiced at Brown Rudnick LLP.
