Moses Singer Welcomes Banking and Finance Lawyer Michael Fingerhut

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moses Singer is pleased to announce the arrival of Michael Fingerhut as Of Counsel in its Banking & Finance practice group. He represents agents, lenders and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, including both secured and unsecured transactions, as well as structured financings and cross-border matters.

Fingerhut has advised financial institutions and borrowers on credit facilities and structured financing arrangements across diverse industries and geographies, including the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. He has significant experience conducting credit compliance reviews for agents and lenders, and drafting all documents in connection with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities.

Fingerhut joins Moses from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a senior associate. Previously, he was an associate at Reed Smith. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from Colgate University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
