Directorate change

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

15 April 2025

Next 15 Group plc (“Next 15” or the “Group”)

Board Changes

Next 15 Group plc, the tech and data-driven growth consultancy, today announces that Samantha Wren has been appointed as a senior independent Non-Executive Director, and will join the Board on 1 June 2025.

Samantha brings over 30 years of experience to the Board, having held a number of senior leadership positions at market-leading financial services companies, including as Group CFO/COO of Nex, now part of CME Group, and CFO/COO of ICAP Global Broking, now part of TP ICAP Group. Samantha is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of AIM listed Chapel Down Group, and a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Schroder Japan Trust plc. Until October 2024, she was Audit & Risk Chair of the City of London Investment Trust where she served nine years on the board and was CEO of a private investment company investing in venture capital and private equity, particularly in financial services and other sectors, aiming to develop young businesses into industry leaders.

Current non-executive directors, Helen Hunter, Robyn Perriss and Dianna Jones have informed the Company of their intention to not stand for re-election at the 2025 AGM and, therefore, will be stepping down from the Board on 26 June 2025.

Mark Astaire, who joined the Board as a non-executive director on 1 February 2025, will take up the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Paul Butler will become Chair of the ESG Committee, while Samantha will take up the role of Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, once Robyn steps down. These changes reflect the Board’s continued focus on ensuring that the composition of the Board remains appropriate to the current scale and strategic needs of the Group.

On behalf of the Board, Penny Ladkin-Brand, Chair, said: “I am delighted that Samantha is joining the Board. She brings a wide range of entrepreneurial and portfolio environment experience which will be immensely valuable to Next 15 as the Group continues to evolve; I look forward to working with her. I would like to thank Helen, Robyn and Dianna for their strong contributions to the Board over the years, and wish them all well for the future.”

Further information relating to Samantha as required to be disclosed under the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.
