Frontline Road Safety Expands National Platform With Acquisition of InfraStripe

Combined scale and capabilities advance the mission of improving roadway infrastructure and safety across the U.S.

DENVER & CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontline Road Safety (“Frontline” or the “Company”), the largest provider of pavement marking services in the U.S., today announced that it has acquired InfraStripe, a leading specialty contractor focused on roadway safety solutions, from Soundcore Capital Partners. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition enhances Frontline’s service capabilities in traffic control management, traffic safety signage, and work zone services, while deepening its presence across key regional markets. InfraStripe operates in more than 10 states and brings a strong regional footprint spanning multiple geographies. This is Frontline’s second acquisition since receiving a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital earlier this year.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, InfraStripe has built a network of locally known and trusted roadway safety providers across the U.S., offering a comprehensive suite of services including highway and runway striping, traffic control, barricade and sign fabrication, guardrail installation, product sales, and equipment rentals. Its safety-first practices, strong customer relationships, and operational scale make it a strong strategic fit with Frontline.
