Red Arts Capital (“Red Arts”), a leading investment firm specializing in supply chain-related and logistics businesses, today announced the appointment of Nicola Idehen as Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Ms. Idehen will partner closely with Co-CEOs and Managing Partners Nicholas Antoine and Chad Strader to oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, driving innovation, growth, and strategic expansion at Red Arts.

Ms. Idehen’s significant experience in organizational development and operational strategy, combined with her proven ability to foster collaboration, will be instrumental in driving continued growth and industry excellence at the firm.

Prior to joining Red Arts as a Senior Advisor, Ms. Idehen held distinguished leadership roles at top financial services and investment firms, including Head of People, Enterprise at Citadel, Chief Human Resources Officer at Vistria, and Head of Talent Development at GCM Grosvenor. Ms. Idehen also held positions at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Lehman Brothers/Neuberger Berman, and JP Morgan Private Bank. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
