PERENfra Announces Jessica Saxton as Chief Financial Officer

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PERENfra LLC (“PERENfra”), an industry leading water infrastructure company, today announced that Jessica Saxton has joined the PERENfra executive management team as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 31, 2025. This leadership addition will be instrumental in supporting the Perennial Infrastructure Fund I™, announced earlier this year.

Mrs. Saxton brings over 15 years of financial experience, with a focus on sustainability and consumer packaged goods, positioning her to enhance the company’s strategic financial planning and operations. Mrs. Saxton was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Charlotte’s Web (listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as “CWEB”), the market leader in hemp CBD extract products, where she built a high performing finance team focused on strategically supporting the business. Prior to Charlotte’s Web, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Evergrain Ingredients, which aims to revolutionize sustainable ingredients by unlocking the potential of barley protein. She has also held several senior finance positions with some of America's leading Fortune 500 companies including Anheuser-Busch InBev, General Motors, and Owens Corning.

Mrs. Saxton graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Toledo with a Major in Finance and International Business.
