MetLife Named to Fortune’s 2025 List of 100 Best Companies to Work For®

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced it is among the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2025.

“MetLife earning a spot on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list is a reflection of how our employees feel as they bring our purpose to life every day,” said MetLife President and CEO Michel Khalaf. “I’m proud that we have been recognized for fostering an inclusive culture where our people are energized and inspired to deliver for our customers and communities, which, in turn, creates long-term value for our shareholders.”

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list honors companies that build a high-trust workplace environment, measured through Great Place To Work’s proprietary survey platform. Confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees in the U.S. is matched against human resources data from participating companies. Only companies with consistently high survey responses across the 60 statements that comprise Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ Survey are honored with placement on the list.

“It’s the people at MetLife that make it a very special place,” stated MetLife Chief HR Officer Shurawl Sibblies. “Our purpose is to build more confident futures for our customers, communities, shareholders, and each other; our strong culture and engaged employees enable us to deliver for all of our stakeholders.”

MetLife's results from the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey demonstrate its high-trust culture, with 90% of U.S. employees who completed the survey expressing pride in telling others that they work for MetLife. Additionally, 86% view MetLife as a great place to work.

This is the third consecutive year that MetLife has earned a spot on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. MetLife was also one of only 25 companies that earned a spot on Fortune’s 2024 World’s Best WorkplacesTM list.
