Keller Williams Expands to the Cayman Islands

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, is expanding across the Caribbean. As momentum continues, KW has awarded a new master franchise in the Cayman Islands.

Led by Regional Operating Principal Adam Sax, the KW franchise in the Cayman Islands is currently initializing operations. In Q2 ‘25, KW Cayman Islands is expected to open its first market center.

Since his real estate career began in 2005 in Toronto, Canada, Sax has served as a brokerage owner, international real estate developer, and investor; he has successfully led North American and Caribbean-based business ventures.
