Sinclair Names Valeria Riccioli Director of Content for The National News Desk

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sinclair announced today that Valeria Riccioli has been appointed Director of Content for The National News Desk, where she will oversee content strategy and audience engagement. Utilizing the extensive resources of Sinclair’s local stations nationwide, The National News Desk delivers comprehensive, fact-driven reporting on the most significant national, regional, and local stories of the day.

Riccioli brings nearly two decades of experience in national news. She previously served as Vice President of Talent at Newsmax, where she oversaw the management and development of the network’s on-air personalities. Before that, she worked as a media consultant and earlier in her career, spent 15 years at FOX News Media, where she played a key role in developing news programming and leading special coverage for major events, including the 2016 and 2020 U.S. presidential elections.
