Aspire at West Campus Ranked 49^th, Oktiv Ranked 68^th

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balfour Beatty Communities, a national residential real estate investment and management company, is proud to announce that two of its student housing properties— Aspire at West Campus in Iowa City, IA, and Oktiv in Tallahassee, FL—have been named among the Top 100 Student Housing Properties in the Nation for outstanding online reputation by J Turner Research.

Aspire at West Campus, located on the University of Iowa campus, offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes designed for graduate students and faculty at UI and surrounding institutions. Oktiv, situated in Tallahassee, provides off-campus living facilities for students enrolled at Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and Tallahassee Community College.

Properties on the list were required to have an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®) score of 84 or higher, with at least 20 reviews across two or more review sites. This ranking serves as the multifamily industry’s gold standard for measuring online reputation. The national average ORA™ score is 65.73. Aspire at West Campus achieved an ORA™ score of 88, while Oktiv earned an ORA™ score of 86.
