LabX Media Group Acquires The Dark Intelligence Group Inc, including The Dark Report and the Executive War College

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Dark Intelligence Group (TDIG) announced today that it has sold all its information services assets to LabX Media Group of Midland, Ontario, Canada.

This sale involves all TDIG products and services, such as The Dark Report intelligence service, DarkDaily ebriefings, webinars, reports, and events, including the Executive War College on Diagnostic, Laboratory, and Pathology Management, the largest global conference on laboratory management for senior laboratory executives and pathologists.

In a statement about this transaction, LabX Media Group CEO Bob Kafato said: “We are excited to formally recognize these new additions to the LMG family. As part of this transaction, TDIG Founder and CEO Robert L. Michel starts his path to retirement. He will be an advisor to LabXMedia Group to ensure a smooth transition while continuing to provide strategic consulting services to the laboratory profession. “This opens a new chapter—both for me as well as for The Dark Report, DarkDaily, and the Executive War College,” stated Michel. “LabX has skilled leadership and the resources necessary to add more value to The Dark Report, DarkDaily, and the Executive War College.
