Industry Veteran to Lead Company Through Next Phase of Growth

Healy brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning leadership positions across health plans, provider organizations, and healthcare technology firms. His expertise covers a broad spectrum, including strategic business growth, operational transformation, and the integration of innovative solutions to enhance patient access and care coordination. Throughout his career, Healy has demonstrated a deep understanding of healthcare, successfully leading teams to drive improvements in both clinical and financial outcomes. His tenure includes leadership positions at organizations like Optum, where he oversaw major business units and helped shape strategies that improved efficiency and patient engagement, and Inspiris, where as chief growth officer, he was in charge of the sales and marketing teams. Healy served as the chairperson of the RISE conference and sat on the advisory committee for more than 14 years.
