Exchange Bank Appoints Bahar Ozgur as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager

SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bahar Ozgur as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager. In this role, Ozgur will focus on strengthening relationships with commercial lending customers while aligning branch and commercial banking efforts to support the Bank’s strategic growth in the North Bay and San Francisco.

Ozgur brings extensive experience in commercial banking, having held key positions across a variety of industries. Most recently, she served as VP, Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at another financial institution. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hunter College in New York City and an MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.

Ozgur resides in Marin County with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, long-distance running, and spending quality time with her family.
