ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Beazer Homes proudly announces the launch of its new venture, Charity Home Insurance Agency. The new home insurance business line joins Charity Title Agency as a wholly-owned company with a pledge to donate 100% of its net profits to charity. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's commitment to providing an excellent experience for homebuyers while supporting local and national nonprofits through grants awarded by the Beazer Charity Foundation.

The Beazer Charity Foundation, established to make a difference in the communities where Beazer builds its homes, has seen remarkable growth over the past four years. The foundation's revenue has surged from $250,000 in FY21 to over $2.1 million in FY24. In that time, the Foundation has awarded 180 grants to more than 65 nonprofits across its national footprint.
